This refund and return policy is applicable for downloadable items in the shop of https://crearte.studio. These can be digital customizable designs or personalised by CreArte Studio upon your request.

Instant downloads are final and cannot be returned or cancelled.

Our goal is your complete satisfaction with our templates, and if something goes wrong unexpectedly, we are ready to help you. Please feel free to contact us at shop@crearte.studio.

As our products are fully digital, we cannot process refunds after the download link has been activated. However, if you have not yet used the download link, you can request a refund at shop@crearte.studio within 14 days of purchase.

Downloading a digital item

Digital items fall into two categories:

– Instant downloads: Ready for use as soon as your payment is confirmed. If you paid via https://crearte.studio with PayPal or a credit card, it may take a few minutes before the download link is sent to you.

– Customised downloads: Digital items created specifically for you according to your specifications. We will send these files as soon as they are ready, and the delivery time will be agreed with you.

I can’t find my download notification e-mail

If you cannot find your download notification email, please check your spam/junk folder first. For Gmail users, also check the ‘Social’ and ‘Advertising’ tabs. If the email is still missing, add shop@crearte.studio to your address book or safe list to make future emails easier to track.

I can’t manage to download my files.

If you are experiencing problems downloading your files, it could be caused by your web browser. Disable all non-standard add-ons, including ad blockers and installed toolbars, and try again. If your computer indicates that the file is corrupted, delete it and download it again. If the file is still not openable, contact us at shop@crearte.studio.

When will I receive my made-to-order digital item?

The delivery time for made-to-order digital items varies depending on the specific order. Once the order is clear, we will set a processing period and inform you of the estimated time for completion. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital file.

CreArte Studio shop currently offers only digital products. Directly downloadable products from this shop will be delivered to the customer by email within a maximum of 24 hours. Digital products that are personalised by CreArte Studio at the client’s request will be delivered by email at a specified time in consultation with the client.
